Apple news links roundup

A few interesting tidbits of information are floating about around Cupertino, so we'll condense them into one posting today:

MacRumors posted a column taking hints from Seekingalpha.com and the MacObserver.com forum, wondering if Apple in fact has already hit their 10 million iPhone sales goal.

Speaking of those pesky phones, according to Ars Technica, a judge has ruled that an anti-trust case against Apple and AT&T is not to be thrown out, but is limited to the states where the plaintiffs reside - California, New York and Washington.

The news isn't all bad for the iPhone, as MacRumors eludes to Google Street view coming, not unlike what the G1 from T-Mobile has been showing off.

Staying there, MR also is picking up a story from TUAW.com, speculating new MacBooks to be announced on October 14th.
